AGE REQUIREMENT

// Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve sites or accommodations.

RATES + PAYMENTS

// Rates are subject to change without notice.

// Extended stays: Monthly bookings require the first month’s rent to be paid in full in advance. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount due, including any costs incurred during your stay and any outstanding balances at departure. A 2.5% convenience fee will apply.

// Nightly stays: Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made by credit card. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount, including any costs incurred during your stay and outstanding balances at departure. A 2.5% convenience fee will apply.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

// RV Site Nightly Reservations

Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hrs of arrival will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.

// Cottage Nightly Reservations

Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.

// Monthly Reservations

Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.

// Reservation modifications may be subject to additional fees. (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay)

// Refunds are not provided for early departures including inclement weather.

DAMAGES + FEES

// If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.

LATE CHECK OUT

// A late check-out may be available by request at an additional fee. Please inquire in advance with the Front Desk.

EARLY DEPARTURES

// We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.

SITE/COTTAGE REGULATIONS

// Sites: 1 RV per site and up to 2 vehicles included in rates

Additional vehicles:
Nightly: $10/day/vehicle Monthly: $25/month/vehicle

RV Requirements: RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions.

Occupancy: All RV rates include four (4) persons. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person per night.

Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. No dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.

CHECK IN: 1 pm
CHECK OUT: 11 am

// Cottages

Occupancy: All rates include four (4) adults. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly cottages and will include a non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet. Maximum 40 lbs weight per pet. Maximum 2 pets per cottage. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. Guests will be responsible for any costs for damage or additional cleaning.

CHECK OUT: 11 am
